The mentor/mentee relationship can be a powerful one making a world of difference in the lives of both the mentor and mentee. Phyllis and Courtney met four years ago through our In School Mentor program which goes until the student graduates from elementary school at the end of grade 8. They did not want their friendship to end so they moved into a Big Sister match where they continue to meet once a week
