How do we match a Big to a Little you might wonder? It all starts with that initial inquiry and then both volunteers and families go through our screening and training process. When all that is done and the final paper work is signed a match intro happens. A volunteer chooses who they want to be matched to based on similar interests, location, age of the youth, and personality. Once a youth is chosen the match introduction can take place where a Big meets the Little and their family for the first time. Over the next four months they get to know each other through the weekly activities they do together. One new match is Parker and Bryce who have discovered they like a lot of the same things, like sports. They are well into their first year together!
